Osho Active Meditation
Osho Dynamic Meditation
Chandra Mohan Jain, best known as Rajneesh or Osho, managed to challenge the world religions and personalities through spirituality by promoting active meditation.
This meditation methods enables the human being to consciously express his feelings. All of us, at certain times in our lives, have repressed emotions and haven’t expressed what it’s in our minds.
Osho Active Meditation awakens body energy and creates a safe environment where we can be ourselves and verbalize what we feel.
“Meditation is adventure, the greatest adventure the human mind can undertake. Meditation is simply being, doing nothing – no action, no thought, no emotion. You just are, and it’s pure pleasure. And where does this pleasure come from, if you are not doing anything? It does not come from anywhere, or it comes from everywhere. This pleasure has no motive. It is that existence is made of a matter called joy … “

The Practice of Dynamic Meditation
Unlike traditional meditation, Osho active Meditation methods focuses on the movement of the body and the expression of emotions in the search for inner peace, as well as the balance of body and mind. Undoubtedly, this practice improves self-knowledge, optimism, clarity of mind, creativity, energy, humor and confidence. In addition, it’s also been proven to decrease depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical and emotional stress.
The practice of active meditation suits anyone who wants to focus on the present, cultivate self-knowledge and improve their interpersonal relationships. It creates a safe environment where we can be ourselves and verbalize what we feel. The practice lasts for 1 hour, conducted mostly blindfolded and goes through several stages which include breathing, expression, energetic activation, silence and dancing.
The Dynamic Meditation School
The Active Meditation School works in 4 areas: the school itself with intensive group practice of Osho active meditation methods, individual sessions by appointment, the daily practice of meditation and the regular practice of AUM (Awareness Understanding Meditation) Meditation from Humaniversity.
The group practice of the school works in periods of 2 months with 10 group sessions each and 3 times a year in person and online videoconferences. In every session students learn and practice a different method of dynamic meditation.
The school serves to initiate or evolve our knowledge of the practice. To bring the discipline of meditation into their daily lives during the week the students are challenged to do the exercises by themselves or together with others.
The individual practice is held during the week on a day and time to be arranged by appointment.

Testimonials
One day someone asked me what I was feeling. I answered something completely to the side, fleeing unconsciously from the feel. They asked me to be more specific in what I was feeling. I was not able to focus on feeling again. Luckily they told me “you should go do some active meditations with Pramod.”
Now, after almost a year of individual sessions of Bioenergetics, AUMs, OSHO Active Meditations and Retreats I realize what I feel, look at me and, more and more, simply be.
I feel more alive, more truly and living.
